lease read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using ReceiptPulse. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By downloading, installing, or using ReceiptPulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided in-app or by email.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReceiptPulse for personal, non-commercial receipt management purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
This license is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms.

All subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit) in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. For refund requests, contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
You will not be charged during the free trial period.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

You must create an account to use ReceiptPulse. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@receiptpulse.io if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain full ownership of the receipt images and data you upload or capture ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your User Content solely to provide app features (OCR, storage, analytics).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
We do not use your receipt data for advertising or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or interact with the App.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
Resell or commercially exploit the App or its features without written permission.
Circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures.

ReceiptPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
OCR and data extraction results are provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify important financial data independently.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on App data (e.g. tax filings, expense claims).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceiptPulse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, ownership) will remain in effect.
